Important Information:
1.Sunvik Sarathi app should be downloaded from Play store.
2.Gift will be given to the patrons of SUNVIK for using only SUNVIK GOLD TMT in the specific construction.
3.The brand, color & specifications of the gift may differ than the photos illustrated in the scheme sheet.
4.The gift will be supplied through a third-party vendor and SUNVIK will not be responsible for any manufacturing defect, quality and service issues. The service center of the respective brands can be contacted for any issue with the product.
5.SUNVIK’s employees and dealers’ employees & relatives cannot avail the scheme.
6.In case of any dispute the decision take by the SUNVIK’s management will be considered as final decision.
7.The patrons must acknowledge and abide by the terms and conditions under the scheme.
8.The SUNVIK SARATHI scheme is applicable only in Karnataka and can be availed at the authorized dealers’ counters while the scheme is in force.
9.The quantity offered under the scheme cannot exceed the overall quantity of SUNVIK GOLD TMT purchased by the dealer during the scheme period.
10.Maximum 20 influencers can be enrolled by one dealer and for any extra addition of members management approval must be sought by the dealer.
11.Gift will be offered after 60 days from the completion of the scheme period after proper validation.
12.SUNVIK reserves the right to modify or revoke the SUNVIK SARATHI scheme without any external consent.
Terms & Conditions:
1.Only patrons who register themselves under the scheme will be eligible for the gifts.
2.Correct personal details with name, contact number, address and
construction site address must be filled at the given place,
alone with PAN and AADHAAR details.
3.The patrons can enroll under the scheme at the authorized dealers’
counter upon minimum purchase of 5T of SUNVIK GOLD TMT.
4.Only one patron in each category i.e. 3 persons from each site will be
entitled to receive the gift for each site referred.
5.The Registrations must be entered, with full details on Monthly basis.
Late submissions will not be entertained.
