OUR PRODUCTS

Our expertise is rooted in our endeavour to provide you with high-quality products. As we strive to be a market leader, we have aligned our technology and processes to bring you the best products.  Our endeavours to pursue Thermex technology and Green technology has shaped our production processes to manufacture impeccable TMT Bars, and Flyash Bricks & Blocks. We further, dynamically stay in-sync with the market’s developments and demands by constantly upgrading, and adopting the best practices in the industry. As we continue to create structures that are strong, safe and reflect a conscience towards the environment, please feel free to scroll through our datasheets and products.

The Steel Bars we dispatch from our workshops are Thermo Mechanically Treated. The process of churning out Thermo Mechanically Treated Steel Bars involves the deployment of a High Efficiency & High Speed Rolling Mill.

Hot Billets of a temperature above 950 degrees celsius are fed straight to a Roughing Mill and a Continuous Mill where it undergoes a graduated process of a reduction in quantity. The two mills run under very high speeds to shape our TMT Steel Bars. The sizes we have in stock are between 8 and 32 mm following the guidelines listed out under IS 1786 (2008) protocol.

At Sunvik Steels, we believe in the fabrication of the highest quality Steel outputs. Standard Grade Fe 550 & Fe 550D are the metals chosen for forging our TMT Bars. We have a THERMEX Quenching System installed to give our buyers & steel suppliers on the market an assurance of consistent quality.

Our people overseeing the Management of the vast expanse covering our plants & units work rigorously to align every aspect of our offerings seamlessly like clockwork.

We implement various testing and sampling techniques to deliver to you the desired results in TMT Steel. Our TMT Bars are subject to batch-allotted & also random sample testing as a part of our quality authentication delivery. A UTM Machine tests Bars to check their Bar Strength.

Automatic Testing Reports for the samples are generated with exact information in an easy-to-decipher Graphical Format.

The result of another Green Initiative of ours, premier Fly Ash Bricks and Blocks, provide the greenest and strongest building block for your construction needs. This is not an alternative to cement blocks but a smarter choice in itself. Fly Ash is collected from our eco-friendly Captive plant and is incorporated with crushed and sized slag from the Steel Melting Process and Bed Material from the AFBC Boiler. Produced in a completely automated and controlled manufacturing process, the result is a uniform and consistent building block that is 2-3 times stronger than your average red brick.

To minimize the wastage created during the process of production, all blocks are cured using the finest German technology rather than employing the conventional water curing approach. This process lets us steer clear from heating the bricks thereby avoiding the use of fossil fuels and reducing carbon emissions.

The process of Sponge Iron Manufacture reduces Raw Iron Ore in the form of Iron Oxide to Metallic Iron. We conduct this process under a controlled reducing environment inside a Kiln, a refractory lined with a Steel Shell.

Sunvik Steels Pvt. Ltd. produces Superior Quality Sponge Iron under strict process and quality control systems. The output of raw materials like Iron Ore, Metallurgical Coal and Dolomite is monitored and controlled to churn out high-grade Sponge Iron.

The efficacy of our processes and the measurement of quality is conducted with a sophisticated Quality Testing Management System.

By-products from Sponge Iron Kilns are effectively put through a process of recycling meant to lessen any adverse effects on the environment as explained in the next section below.

Flue gases are channelled to produce Steam and Electrical Power from Waste Heat Recovery Boilers and Steam Turbo Generators.

Dolachar is consumed 100% in AFBC Boilers as a substitute fuel in place of Coal to generate Steam.

A De-dusting System is the principle installation for sucking out carbon-rich dust at various transfer points. The siphoned carbon-dust is fed to a Kiln to increase the Quantum of Heat and the flow of flue gases available in our Waste Heat Recovery Boilers. Our method of re-utilizing carbon-laden dust is an advanced way of dealing with the problems related to the manual handling of waste dust which would otherwise collect in Bag Filters.

In-house Brick and Block Manufacturing is aided by the addition of 100% wet scrubber dust.

We have installed High Efficiency Induction Furnaces to produce Hot Metal & Mild Steel Billets (MS Billets). Our processes are IS 2830:2012 Certified. The major raw material that supplies our overall operations is High Quality Sponge Ore that is manufactured in-house. Alloying elements are added in to bring forth Quality Hot Metal which can then be cast into Billets. A Continuous Casting Machine is the chief apparatus responsible for the formation of the rectangular blocks of steel. The Hot Steel Billets that are the result of this melting and casting process are above 1000 degrees celsius. A Hot Conveyor transports the billets while still hot to a Rolling Mill for the final round of TMT Manufacture.

The quality of our Hot Metal and Billets is subjected to stringent control through a Quality Assurance Plan. An advanced Metal Spectrometer is employed in the testing of all our metal produce.

At Sunvik Steels Pvt. Ltd., we believe our future is deeply rooted in the eco-positive measures we perform today. After meticulous research and development, we have established our Waste Heat Recovery Captive Power Plant of 10 MW capable of reducing greenhouse gas emissions to record low levels.

The plant generates power by trapping the waste gases brought out during the normal course of production. The trapped steam is routed to Waste Heat Recovery Boilers of 3 x 10 TPH capacity and 1 x 25 TPH AFBC Boilers where steam is generated. To take our efforts a step further, Electro-Static Precipitators are installed in the downstream of each boiler to collect Fly Ash ensuring the release of Clean and Safe air into the atmosphere. The Fly Ash then collected is processed and further utilized in the production of our economical and eco-friendly Fly Ash Bricks and Blocks.

The Captive Power Plant was inspired by the need to give back to Mother Nature after all that she has provided us with. We believe in trying to make a positive change in every aspect of the production process and ensuring complete transparency to the public buying our products.
