We manufacture our TMT bars from virgin iron ore, ensuring the highest purity and quality. Using advanced rolling techniques, we achieve uniform properties and customize shapes. Despite a soft ferrite and pearlite core, our bars maintain strong microstructure and high flexibility.

At Sunvik Steels, we forge top-quality TMT Bars from Standard Grade Fe 550 metals, emphasizing GREAT INNER STRENGTH. Our THERMEX Quenching System ensures consistent, high-quality standards for our buyers and steel suppliers.

Our Process

The process of churning out Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) Steel Bars involves the deployment of a High Efficiency & High-Speed Rolling Mill. Hot Billets of a temperature above 950 degrees Celsius are fed straight to a Roughing Mill and a Continuous Mill, where it undergoes a graduated process of a reduction in quantity.

The two mills run under very high speeds to shape our TMT Steel Bars. The sizes we have in stock are between 8 and 32 mm following the guidelines listed out under IS 1786 (2008) protocol.

As part of our quality authentication delivery, We employ rigorous testing and sampling methods to ensure the quality of our TMT Steel. Our bars undergo batch-specific and random sample testing, including strength checks using a UTM Machine. Automatic testing reports provide precise data in a clear, graphical format.
